Restrictions

• Participants under the age of 20 traveling alone require written consent from a parent or guardian to join this activity. Participants under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Infants ages 0 to 5 can participate for free but they will not be provided individual seats. They are welcome use seats should they be available, but will be required to sit on their guardian's lap otherwise. Meals will also not be provided. Guests who wish to avail of individual seats and/or meals for infants ages 0-5 must book them as "Child (6-11)."
• Guests who book multiple reservations for the same group may be seated seperately or placed on different buses.
• The seating chart is determined by the provider and requests for arrangements will not be accommodated.

Additional Notes

• The tour will not be cancelled or refunded even if Mt. Fuji is not fully visible due to weather conditions.
• Multilingual audio guides are available in Chinese, Spanish, Italian, Thai, French and Indonesian. As there are a limited number of units available, it is recommended that you request these as early as possible.
• Refunds will not be issued should the audio guide be unusable due to weak signals, device issues, Wi-Fi malfunction or other reasons.
• Should the road to Mount Fuji's 5th Station be closed due to snow or other reasons, the tour will go to the highest elevation point possible. Should the tour be advised to go back upon reaching the 1st Station, or in cases where the Fuji Subaru Line is completely blocked, the tour will visit Fujisan World Heritage Center or Lake Kawaguchi Oishi Park instead. Please note that alternative itineraries may also be omitted depending on road conditions.
• The Lake Ashi Cruise or Hakone Komagatake Ropeway may be omitted due to traffic, weather conditions or other operational concerns. In such cases, the following alternatives may be used: Hakone-en Aquarium, Hakone Ropeway, Owakudani valley, Hakone Sightseeing Cruise (pirate ship), Narukawa Art Museum, Hakone Sekisho, Lake Kawaguchi Cruise, Lake Kawaguchi Ropeway or Itchiku Kubota Art Museum. The tour will not be cancelled or refunded in case of a change in itinerary.
• In the event that the Hakone Komagatake Ropeway is omitted from the itinerary, the return time may be later than scheduled. (estimated arrival time at Tokyo Station: 20:00-22:00)
• Your tour guide will not accompany you on your return journey to Tokyo. Should you require directions to return to your hotel, please confirm with them in advance.
• After sightseeing is finished, the bus may make some stops at hotels in the Hakone area.
• The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
• Return arrival times may vary depending on the season and day of the week due to traffic conditions.
• The annual Mt. Fuji Hill Climb will be held on a weekend in June. Please be aware that the itinerary order and destinations to be visited are subject to change. Furthermore, please note that refunds will not be issued in this case and customers will not be notified separately when the schedule has been determined.
